hey i read on this site that some people had success using a 2 week on 1 off and then another week with a SERM during the week off i was wondering if anyone has any input on this?
Week 1: sd 20mg ed
Week 2: sd 20mg ed
Week 3: Nolva 40mg ed
Week 4: sd 20mg ed
Week 5: Nolva 30mg ed
Week 6: Nolva 20mg ed
or something along those lines? i dont know just an idea. im 13 days into my cycle so if this sounds like a good idea its not too late for me to change it.

Only when used with an AI for PCT. Use an SERM like nolvadex and you should be ok.

the way i look at now is its a gamble, youre messing with your hormones and thats a risk youre taking. even the most perfectly planned out cycle and PCT can bring about negative side effects. thats just part of the game

actually from the feedback here, it sounds like SD can cause gyno flairup while on cycle in addition to the delayed gyno when using an AI during PCT. this is scary since SD, on paper, was least likely to cause gyno.
