my wife is getting wrist pain. we thought carpel tunnel, but there is no numbness, just pain when she uses her right hand/wrist. the pain is the the wrist, the side located just below her palm.
any ideas if this could be carpel tunnel or maybe something else?
thanx --- Derek.

Less Chatter, More Splatter

I would take her to a Doc.
If it is Carpal Tunnel Syndrome then a cool ice pack (not ice directly on the skin) will help as will aspirin, ibuprofen, and other nonprescription pain relievers. Rest and a splint are in order too.
You have not given the history, just a general statement about wrist pain, so it is very hard to say if it is Carpal Tunnel . A doctor is your best bet, not us.There is no gravity, the earth just sucks.
