    walking lunges are my favorite. I remember the first time I did them, my butt was sore for 2 days. Good suggestions.

    there a way to lose muscle in the glute area? prob not but I wish there were.. damn genetics gave me the ability to gain muscle in the glutes easily, not cool for a guy LOL

    This is a good start, but I would add exercises that involve the glutes more: hip thrusts, reverse hypers, quadruped hip extensions
