Hi All,
Hey I am not sure who posted that people over 35 are not going to look like people with abbs in magazines is pretty ridiculous. Sure, you have to diet harder than a 25 year old and your metabolic rate slows down. But, common people look at Ronnie Coleman, and now Gary Strydom at 47 is back on stage with the big boys so looking ripped is possible I should know. I just won't stay on my diet or give up diet coke which I now plan on doing! So, anybody who has any good advice on supplements for the joints or other advice it would be appericated.
Thanks,
danny

I use Universal animal flex for joints and animal pak for body needs [ its a multi vit!]. Universal seem to work and a lot of other ov35ers say the same. Guess you'll get a lot of different products listed if it runs long enough , we are all different! At the end of the day - its affordability and faith but flex is definitely working on me.
Within the realms of reason - nothing is impossible.

Funny you say that. I was watching Conan the other night and was curious to see how old Arnold was when that was filmed; I was surprised to see that he was 35 or 36 during that film! I know he won the Olympia a couple years previous to the movie, but i didn't realize he was in his 30s! He's not crazy ripped in the movie, but he is certainly built.
Oh, and how about Lou Ferrigno in 1997; he was looking as good as Dorian Yates!!! Wow!
Whomever stated that people in their 30's can't have a 6-pack are just ignorant, don't listen to them.
