    how can i even out my lats? 1s bigger than the other!

    hi ive got a problem with my lats, my right one is quite alot bigger than my left one! what exercises can i do to even them out and fast?

    Don't worry about it is your best bet. At 16, you've got lots of time- these things seem to even out over time. Just keep at it.

    Time. Also include some exercises that work both sides independently like one-arm DB rows, DB rows performed on an incline bench, and Hammer Strength rows.

    It does workout later. I remember at 16 whenever I did bench press, one side wouldnt lower as far.
