and I can do 20 pullups over hand no problem so I got the 15.

if the squat is on the smith machine i'm in for sure
bench- 135
dead lift- 315 like a joke could do more
squat- 225 on smith machine
clean- 100, did that long time ago and it was easy then.
lol now i wanna max out on all these to see where i'm at.....started a fat ass, lost 50 pounds now i'm bulking the f*** up

splitting it between 4 exercises makes it pretty easy, i couldnt do it but iv only been training for about 8 months. pretty much every senior (16-18 yrs old) rower at our school could get into that club (about 20 of them)

our school has the same thing but its a club and you have to have 1200 lbs ... im a member and there is something like 5 others. But the difference is its incline bech rather thatn regular and you have to have obviously 1200.

Yeah, I don't know much about seniors though, I'm a junior :P I don't even play football. I personally hate playing it.
Plus, it's volleyball season :P which I play. Since our schools so football/rugby oriented, I get teased so much, all the teachers are all over me too about it. It's pretty funny though.He who makes a beast out of himself gets rid of the pain of being a man

lol, my school had that too. I was at 1145 @ 132 bw...but the REAL 1000 lb club is supposed to be your bench, squat, and olympic bar deadlift.
hell, my older brother got into it with just his bench, squat, and clean. 315 bench, 315 clean, and 405 squat.501, 302, 551; 1354 @ 181

415 squat
390 dead
no idea clean probaly 200-225 ish?
again they are estimated. im 100% sure i could hit 1k though without the clean
