    all out of proportions, need upper body help

    what can I say Im blessed with godzilla legs, but cursed with a week upper body.

    I've been working out about 16 months steady now. and I've more than trippled my leg strength in that time (I can do 1000lb 45% leg presses if I dont mind aching knees) . But my upper body (arms, shoulders, chest, back etc) quit improoving after about 4 months, every bit of increased streangth since then has been extreemly hard gained,

    i dont want to say what I'm doing right off the bat as I'd like to hear what people have to sugest first

    I'm 25, 5'7" 210bs 11%bf. a lot of that weight is on my thighs/glutes. I just have a normal looking upper body, and its not particularly strong.

    i wont take a lot of suplements do to having damaged kidneys so I'm kind a stuck there. one kidney is ok the other is F.U.B.A.R. So I genreally eat a low protean hi complex carb diet. around 3500cals a day. I drink water like a fish as I have to keep that baby workin good, shes puillin double duty for me.
