Hi I'm Sarah , I just signed up so here's my first post. I've been weightlifting for awhile now. My goals are : booty building , wider hips (is that possible to do?), smaller waist, and smaller upper body, smaller arms.
-not sure how to attach pics on the post 》》 see my gallery please.
-For squats I put 60 lbs on the bar and do about 5 sets of 8 reps, every other day, as well as other machines for abducters/adducters. What is the next step? Higher weights, less reps? How many sets? Upper body I do low weight, high reps.
-I appreciate all positive advice and tips. Thank you
Sarah

Diet is definitely the most important part. You can do all the training in the world but if your diets not great then you won't see the results you want. In terms of wider hips, you won't be able to change your bone structure but a smaller waist will give a better waist to hip ratio.
Do you have a specific goal in terms of weight loss or weight gain?

I would start with a program that has a planned progression for you to follow. Strong Curves sounds like it would work given your goals.
You can't help the hopeless.
