Glutamine has many benefits. If it can fit into your schedule and price, you might want to look into it. Here are a few links to look at:

Anyway, AST micronized is a decent product. I'll be trying out GPLENISH soon. Not sure if anyone has tried it. Fitness Labs also has a good product

Question on L-Glutamine pills
Hey i was just wondering if it would be okay to take the TwinLab L-Glutamine Pills After my workout. I am 15 years and 1/2 years old and i also was wondering if im too young for it or if it would be beneficial for me. Like even just after running to keep my muscle.
BTW- i didn't buy em, my mom did for her to help her not eat as much sweets , to lose weight
the bottle of 50 pills costs $7.50

OG like WHOA, G
The pills contain around 1g for a full serving - the pills are essentially worthless. The recommened serving of Glutamine is 5g about 30mins before your workout and 5g before bed. I don't think someone your age should be taking it, though - since what it does is free bound skeletal muscle and aid in the increase of the body's testosterone level. At your age your body is still pumping with a good level of test, and not a wise idea to be altering the state at your age.
If you really want to grow, stick to the basics - consume1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight everyday.
Afterall, people like Dave Draper did not have this stuff around and they were gigantic
It's taken me about 10 years to finally 'GET IT'

AST l-glutamine all the way. Tasteless, and inexpensive as long as you hit a discount website. Otherwise, you're right, prolabs isn't bad from a retail standpoint.

GPlenish rules. I have gained more lean mass in the last two weeks since I started taking it than I have in the last three months. I don't know why it works so well, but it does.

Global Glutacell ProBoost works for me.
Plenty of glutamine peptides, and also a great price here at bb.com.
