Hahaha, repped as well. Glutamine has immune system benefits but other than that a small pulse of GH overnight is all it'll do. Spend your money on good food stop playing into the hype, glutamine is pretty much worthless

Agreed, I didn't get Dymatize, I got Ast, but it's still micronized creatine. Atleast now it won't feel like the creatine is in a lump in my stomach and taste sandy going down.

Dymatize is cheaper and maybe better than AST

I bought Kre-Alkalyn (Sci-Fit) and got Glutalyn-1500 caps for free.. These things do wonders for helping with aches and pains in the morning. I'm going to purchase the powder next time. The Kre-Alkalyn was pretty much worthless but the Glutalynn (free) was worth it, surprisingly.

Optimum Nutrition is what I use. I don't know how this can be a "best" category since the supplement is more of a preemptive measure. It's not like I take it and 20 minutes later say "F*ck yea" when its effects kick in.

I think that optimum nutrition makes a great and pure unflavored glutamine. It is great to add to any shake or just water because of the simplicity of it to mix.

I dunno. That sounds right to the most part, but I was taking Glucocastimine or something like that (a liquid health supplement for joint support) and it relieved the pains in my joints very swiftly. I don't think it did much other than that, but that was enough for me.

Whats the best Glutamine supplement huh ? Hell I don't know. They are all just tubs of white powder or capsules. I just kinda find a reputable company and hope that I kinda trust and hope they are not selling me crap !

I don't really feel like there's a BEST glutamine supplement. As long as you're getting the glutamine in your body and the powder has decent mixability it doesn't really matter.
