I need to drop some bodyfat (I'm at 20% and want to get down to 10%) and am wondering if i need to stop taking creatine in order to achieve fat loss. Also, are certain creatines better during fat loss than others (i.e. creatine mono vs. cell-tech type products)? I'm reluctant to give up creatine altogether as i've made a lot of progress with it. ~Thanks~

If you look at most people's Cut/Diet strategies, you'll see creatine as a staple. It will help preserve muscle while you work on losing the fat. In my opinon my top 3 staples during a cut would have to be Creatine, BCAA's, and a Test Booster, as when you lower your good fat intake, your bodies natural test levels may drop. Hope that helps.
Cut Goals/Actuals Phase 1:
1/1: 255 / 255 | 1/8: 252.5 / 251.5 | 2/5: 243.5 / 240.0 | 3/4: 236.5 / 235.5 | 4/1: 231 / 233 | 5/6: 225 / 229|

Creatines great. Probably the most researched, tested and proven supplement. I actually read that it can help burn additional calories each day. Mens fitness claims that it can help burn an extra 100 calories a day. WHether thats true or not I dont know but its def. a good supp. to use while cutting to help maintain strength and muscle. I actually just started creatine and cutting both last sunday weighing in at 191, just measured my self this morning and im down to 189.5. Ive just been using micronized mono.

Creatine is very helpful when you're trying to lose fat. I agree with the suggestion to skip the creatines that create an insulin spike with extra carbs.
My favorite for this situation is Avant Research's SyntheSIZE. It's got a blend of CEE and Creatine Mono, along with ingredients that optimize nutrient partitioning in an effort to help you hold on to the muscle you have while dieting.
You can check it out in detail if you'd like here: http://www.avantresearch.com/product...esize/researchRyan
