My proposed post cycle therapy will be post cycle support and Drive.. I am definatly looking for suggestions here. I dont exactly feel comfortable ordering Nolva or Clomid and was hoping i could do a good post cycle therapy with supplements. Any other suggestions id appreciate.

Monday- Chest
Triset Incline dp press 12, 8, 6, 6 with Incline flys all 12 reps, and Incline DP press to failure
Flat bench 12, 10, 8 superset with pec deck for 12 reps
Decline dp press superset with heavy dips 10 reps for 3 sets
Ab work and HIT cardio
Tuesday Back
Lat pull down superset with t bar rows 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 8
Low rows supersetted with pull overs 3 sets of 10 reps
Heavy front shrugs 4 sets of 10
Heavy dead lifts 3 sets of 6
WED Legs
Squats superset with leg extensions 4 sets by 12 reps
One leg Lunges supersetted with Leg curls 4 sets with moderate weight till failure
standing calf raises 5 sets for 15 reps
Ab work and moderate cardio
Thursday Shoulders
Arnold press superset with front delt raises 4 by 10 reps
Clean and press 4 sets by 10, 8, 6, 4 reps
Side raises supersetted with rear raised 4 sets by 10 reps
HIT cardio
Friday Arms
Close grip bp supersetted with isolation curls 4 sets by 10, 8, 6, 6 reps
One arm extensions supersetted with preacher curls 4 sets by 12
Cable kick backs supersetted with reverse grip curls 4 by 12
Forearm work with cabled and grip work with capt of crush.
Neck work.

Im on week number 3 of this run and must say i am definatly loving it. I am up 4 pds and i am definatly leaning out.
Every major lift is up 10-15 pds.
My question is on my pulse cycle.
I workout for days a week and am running epidrol 30mg on Monday Tuesday take off Wed and run 30 mg on thursday and Friday. For a 4 day a week pulse.
Do you guys think running a 4 day a week pulse is to much. Im hoping to avoid shutdown and so far everything is great. I plan on running epidrol this way for 7 weeks.Bench press 375x1

I am amazed at how well epidrol is working. I am losing bodyfat and everytime i touch the weights they feel lighter and lighter. It almost feels like im in a trance when im working out. If i think about benching a certain amount of weight i end up doing it. Today was by far the best workout i have ever had.

glad to hear things are going well. In the OP you mentioned PCT using PCS without a SERM like Nolva or Torim and to answer, I would recommend trying to get your hands on one. What dosages are you running and for how long?

Right now i switched up the way i am running it. I had done a light pulse for the first 3 weeks. I was feeling sort of out of whack prolly because of the severe hormone swings. I am now running it at 30mg every day. I will do this for 2 more weeks then go into my PCT. I have a Serm on hand and i will definatly see how things work out as i come off this run. Right now i am very happy with the results. The only side i am noticing is a very very slight rise in Blood pressure. Before cycle i was always between 110-120 over 60-70 and since ive started my Blood pressure averages at around 115-130 over 70-80. Sometimes when im really stressed out or not hydrated properly i will get a reading like 130-85 but those are very rare.

02/17/08 This week went really well the change in my appearence sneaked up on me. My abs are alot more visible and my arms are very swollen and vascular. The biggest change so far is my delts, they are looking huge. My weights have gone through the roof and my sense of well being is amazing. I did have alittle problem last night though and was hoping someone could clarify something for me. I went out with my girlfriend and a bunch of her friends and planned on having 1-2 drinks well anyway i had way to many :-( I honestly didnt plan on it. I do not plan on doing this for the remainder of my cycle but i am worried about whether or not i did any damage to my liver or if i should be doing anything different the day after to prevent any damage or minimize it. I know drinking on any oral prohormone/PS is wrong and like i said it was a mistake.

02/28/07 Well My cycle has been done for a week. For PCT i am using ATD, Post cycle support, Retain2, and Cycle support. My strength and body weight is still where it was at the end of my cycle. I actually gained to reps on Bench press this week. I did a 5 week pulse cycle with very moderate dosing and still achieved great gains. I am definatly looking to do a more intense cycle maybe in 2 months. I will definatly run a straight cycle and was planning on combining Furazadrol. Here are my final results.
Bodyweight started at 220 ended 228 my goal was 7-10 pds and I achieved that.
Strength every major lift went up between 20-30 pds... Squat went through the roof at 45 pds.
Sex drive still very strong
Negative sided--- On the last week of the cycle i started to break out with acne on my back.
Even though I am up 8 pds my abs are alot more visbile and my legs look alot leaner.
For my first PH an am truly amazed at how well things went. I will update this post every week of post cycle therapy to keep you guys posted on retaining my gains.Bench press 375x1

Week 2 of PCT and my strength continues to amaze me.
I am still the same weight but there has not been any drop off in strength yet.
Today I worked chest and was able to get 4 reps with the weight that was my max just 2 months ago. Since stopping epidrol my arms are continuing to get more vascular and it looks like i am continuing to lean out.
About 2 years ago i ran atd solo and has amazing results with strength and recomp. I am wondering if the ATD is doing its thing again, which would be wonderful if it allows me to continue to gain strength and trim fat.Bench press 375x1
