I like to measure my cottage cheese into a bowl, and then eat it while I drink a glass of skim milk. I'm crazy like that.

1 packet sugar free jello gelatin prepared and chilled
1 cup cottage cheese
1 blender....
Blend until smooth and really thick, comes out like fruity pudding....
Make sure the jello has solidified before you blend with the cottage cheese, and chill the whole thing for a half hour or so to set.

1) Straight out of the container - my wife won't go near it anyways.
2) Put a cup in a bowl, mix in 3 packets of splenda and a scoop of chocolate whey. Mix it all together and you have a chocolatey desert.

1 cup fat free cottage cheese
1/2 scoop ON Casein/Vanilla Casein
Davinci Peanut Butter Syrup
Davinci Banana Syrup
Xanthan Gum
Stevia Extract
Take these and mix together thoroughly. Top with Walden Farms' Chocolate or Marshmallow dip and dig in! If you want some EFAs then crumble up some almonds and sprinkle on top of the WF dip and eat as a topping. This recipe tastes really good IMO, but I only eat it once and a while due to the cost of the condiments.

I tried this as my first CC recipe ever and I would rather eat the CC by itself. I mixed it with a 0 carb chocolate isolate and it tastes way too sweet without even adding the splenda. Yuck.
How about just blending the CC with some frozen strawberries and milk. A scoop of vanilla isolate as an added source of protein, perhaps...

Tried the recipe I suggested yesterday and it tastes great. It's like a liquid cheesecake.
I used:
150g 1% Cottage Cheese
1 scoop (28g) Dymatize ISO-100 Vanilla Whey
2 frozen strawberries
4 slices frozen peaches
3/4 cup soy milk
Put everything in a blender and enjoy!
