catchy title hey..
this is more for my own personal tracking than anything else, there wont be any exciting lifts as im restricted to db/bw exercises only.
brief background
6', 80kg
push pull legs for a year
then SS for about 3months
then nothing for about a year until now
previous lifts
dead 190 kg
squat 100 kg
bench 80 kg
aims
get to 90 kg by the end of the year whilst getting fit
lifts/split
upper:
overhead press
w push ups
rows
shrugs
curls
lower/abs:
o/head squats
lunges
db deadlift
w/sit ups
i havent tried a couple of these lifts so not sure how they're gonna turn out. also 1 light cardio session, 1 heavy cardio session a week and plans to start muay thai or boxing in the coming months
any suggestions/ideas welcome

just a nice easy one to start off with, not sure what ill do when i cant fit anymore weight oni have dial up :(
