First off, you don't really have any rep power so there's no point in offering reps. Syntha 6 is just a protein, not a magic drug. Use it to supplement a good diet and exercise program and you'll grow. But you'll have to do the hard work to grow.

if you need to gain weight you need to eat more.
if you think youre eating enough, youre not.

No supplement works exactly as stated. you need to eat more than your body needs every day--that is the only way to gain weight. Google calculate BMR. It should give you a start.

Syntha-6 is a great-tasting, high quality protein. However, I use it primarily as a pre-bedtime drink because of its sustained release.

I was a dick? How? All I stated was that he couldn't offer reps so there's no point in offering it. If you read that as me coming off as a dick then that's your problem. There was no insult intended in my post. And where exactly did I state I had rep power?

I answered his question. I was merely letting him know that offering rep is pointless when you have none to give. Is that really so hard to understand?

hey man...there are prob better protein options out there for PWO...but syntha-6 does taste great and is a good protein if u can afford to spend the $$ on it...i think what everyone is trying to get at, is a protein powder wont do it by itself, it is what it is, a supplement, to supplement with proper training and diet

great protein
in australia though the price is ridiculous so i only get to use it when i have some extra cash, you guys in the US have no idea how easy you have it with prices
i use it pre-bed and it keeps me full without the bloating that i get if i drink milk etc
bsn sucks but this is their best supp imo

Syntha 6 is a supplement to help aid in a diet.. and since it is mostly a blend stick away from it PWO because of the casein/whey/isotlate mixture.. and stick withs omething that will hit you fast
but you dont need to worry about that to gain some weight.. stick away from supps your 15 years old.. concentrate on a better diet and eat some more
and since you arent gaining guess what.. ITS NOT ENOUGH
start eating more meals in a day ( of better foods.. not fast food or processed junk from the grocery store)
start eating a vast variety of foods and enjoy what you eat
you only live your teenage years once.. enjoy them and then focus on eating CLEAN .. but for now you could deal with eating a bit dirty with a 15 year old metabolism.. start eating 5-6 good meals a day

Actually, newest studies show a blend to be better than straight whey.

Syntha 6 tastes great. A bit expensive but worth it. I tried MHPs Probolic SR, mixes too thick - soy listed as first protein and that's what soy does.
ON Pro-Complex is awesome but it does not have the casein for a slower digesting protein but it has the egg albumin with the assorted whey's.
These are all mixes. Pure whey isolate is best prior to workouts for absorption. But a good mix like Syntha 6 is good to have as well.
Like all others said. No supp is a miracle drug. That's AAS and you still must train intensely and eat enough quality food with that junk!
Look into a good lean mass gainer like BSN True Mass or the one by Universal Nutrition, forgot the name but they both contain a nice protein mix, efa's, mct oil, and low glycemic carbs, low in sugar and sat fats...since you are trying to gain football weight which should be mostly muscle but not 100%
