    Question workout Routine

    I was reading some of the routines you other guys use, some workout 1 time per week some two times per week here's my routine please give me feed back on what you think
    day 1) Back,Biceps,legs 4 sets 12-15 reps Day 2) Chest,Triceps,shoulders 4 sets 12-15 reps Day 3) Rest Day 4)I go back to day one Day 5)I go back to day two Day 6)Rest Day 7)Rest (I do cardio everyday)also work on abs

    Learn proper warmup, form and timing first

    If your just starting out and want to start to get your muscles in shape then it looks OK. I would do legs on their own day. As you progress and build up strength in the almighty shoulder cuff then you will start to lift heavier. When you start lifting heavy then you will want to cut back to one day a week (my preference, I don't speak for all) to give your body time to recover. That's when the muscle is being built. When you hit that point then start looking at some of the training splits people have posted

    Id hit a split like this

    Day #1 Chest and Triceps Calves
    Day #2 Back and Biceps Abs Just alternate
    Day #3 Legs Calves
    Day #4 Shoulders and Traps Abs
    Day #5 Rest


    Repeat

    Cardio blows i only do it when im dieting since i am fortunate to have a pretty fast metabolism
