I can't believe Troy only weighed in at 210:

I would peg him at 5'8 exactly. He was barefoot for the interview and I was wearing shoes and have bigger hair.
I am around 5'9 and 1/4 first thing in the morning and we all lose about half an inch throughout the day. So with respect to my being 5'8 and 1/2 or so depending on the time of day, I would say he is 5'8 for sure, and possibly a bit taller.
Over the years I have found that in general, pros lie about their weights, but not about their heights.www.bodybuildingpro.com

Thats a cool dude man, sounds like an awesome guy and has a great physique. Something that stood out to me though was his hamstrings, they don't seem to have the cuts that the rest of his body has and look a little soft but in saying that it could be the angle of the video or just age playing a factor there. He's working with what he's got and doing a good job of it

I didn't notice that until others pointed it out, but you are correct. It's funny because glutes and hamstrings were always a problem area for Troy and one that he managed to improve on significantly, but I think with the passage of time, he is seeing a bit of a resurgence in that problem area, but not enough to hurt him in the placings yet. When he says he has two more years left, I would have to agree. Possibly even longer depending on how things go, especially since he is in the 212 class now and will not need to push himself a bit higher in the weight. Even a few pounds can make a big difference.

Yeah, if anything, he could be even tighter. That being said, his legs lose serious size when his hams start coming in. I prefer him a little fuller like he was here. That being said, he'll need to be more conditioned at the 212 Showdown.
Loved his look though, and felt he deserved the win. So glad he got it!

Thanks! The only way I can improve is if I am given specific comments. It's just annoying when the comments are to the effect of "you suck", which tells me nothing. Specific tips help a lot.
All the money I make on YouTube will be reinvested into more expos, just so everyone knows if they support what I do I will give it all back to the bodybuilding world.www.bodybuildingpro.com

Yeah dude for sure, I think your questions are good, just the speech itself needs to be slowed down.
Also another aspect to consider in the interviews is: what questions can you ask that no one else is going to ask. I notice a lot of bbing interviews are just the same generic qs and as "oh yeah im better than i was 2 shows ago because i trained harder and dieted harder." I think you have a good understanding of this already, but there are always ways anyone can do it better.
