    Question contest preperation help

    Can someone plz tell me what the ratio's for each body part are e.g. (bicep to tricep, arms to back, hamstring to quads etc). Can someone also plz tell me about how to load carbs in the final week of preperation and sodium intake. roughly what bodyfat percentage should i be? and if any1 has any good tips for posing please let me know. Im 15 (age 16 at contest time) and my stats are:

    6ft 1 1/2
    200 lbs (bluking)
    15.5" arms
    43" chest
    34" waist
    23" quads
    16" calves

    Aww, you have plenty of time, but I doubt that you can change any bodypart ratios between down and then, but you can definatley make improvement in that time.

    Great stats for a 15 year old. Right now your concern should be eating enough to promote growth with little gain of bodyfat. Start cleaning up the diet by January and begin your actual diet 12-16 weeks out depending on your bodyfat percentage. Since you are young I'm sure your metabolism is through the roof so you'll have to make a good judgement on your time amount for dieting.

    Don't worry about the final week right now, competitions are stressful enough.

    Go here and check out this video. http://www.perfectposing.com It's the best for beginners if you don't have someone putting you through poses.

    thanks! my main concern is that when im dieting i dont want to lose muscle and just look real skinny, i dont know my body fat% but i would guess around 13% - 15% max, what weight should i be going into contest? im also really nervous because i'll be the youngest on stage... the oldest being 21! anyway thanks for your help

    WIngs, believe me bro, I have seen your pics and your not ready for a contest. You need another 1-2 years of weight lifting. Im not trying to put you down, but you don't look to have enough size to place well.
