Alright, I'll be running an 8 week stack, with the heavy concentration being right in the middle. I'll be starting with just Leviathan and Sesamin for the first two weeks(those two will be run from start to finish). At the two week mark, I'll add in the DCP, Lean Xtreme, Incarnate, and Napalm.
Here is what my routine consists of- I do 3 HIT lifting sessions a week, each lasting roughly 30 minutes. Additionally, I do about 5 cardio sessions a week, 2-3 of those are "fasted," and I try to work a HIIT session in as well. I'll also do a couple ab workouts and some yoga(yes, yoga).
Diet wise, I'm focusing on eating high protein, and keeping my carbs limited to early in the day(I usually lift late morning or early afternoon). I'm not really counting calories, I'm just not going out of my way to eat. I generally eat 2 or 3 actual meals(very moderate in size), plus a couple protein shakes, a pwo carb shake, a chicken breast when i get home from work, and a spoonful of peanut butter right before i go to bed. I cook for a living, so theres usually some tasting of things as the day goes along, though nothing too major.
Additionally, I consume several servings of Xtend each day, Animal Pak, an additional 6-8g's of vitamin c, chromium picolinate and more antioxidants from some jackie chan green tea and yerba mate.
Current stats: I'm 6'2, 182lbs and 15%BF. I just want to get that final number into the single digits, if possible.

Just to let everybody know, I think I'm down about a pound after a week on the Leviathan. I defenitely feel leaner, and I got a reading of about 12.6% bf on my monitor yesterday. Not sure what to make of that. Key thing is I feel leaner, which in my experience with fatburners comes before the weight loss.
I've been doing pretty well with my diet and whatnot. I'm off work all this week(slow season sucks), so I should have plenty of time to work out.
As far as pics, go, there is a before pic in my bodyspace. I'll take another pic after a month on the stack, and then another one once its done. I'll post those for you if you like. heres an example workout. I did this on yesterday(and god, i'm sore):
Deadlifts- 11 reps @ 185lbs
Single Leg calf raises- 17 reps @ 150lbs
Single leg extensions- 14reps @ 60lbs
Single Leg squats(below parallel)- 10 reps each leg
Pullups(negative only)- 10 reps
Bent Over Rows- 10 reps @ 82lbs
Machine Decline presses(negative only)- 11 reps @ 150lbs
Pec Deck- 15 reps @ 65lbs
Upright rows- 11 reps @ 65lbs
Dips(negative only)- 11 reps
Machine curls- 12 reps @ 60lbs
Wrist curls(stick and rope)- 12.5lbs
Decline Crunches- 20 reps
It was a tough workout. I basically stumbled from one station to the next during the first portion of it. Maybe too many negative only exercises to implement for the first time. My lifting sessions are in an HIT format, which means I go from one lift to the next, lift very slowly and concentrate on the negatives. A 12 exercise routine lasts between 25 and 30 minutes.

heres my workout from today. Was pretty sore from the workout saturday, so I went light looking for a "flush."
Deadlifts- 135lbs 20 reps
Single leg calf raises(seated)-100lbs 23 reps
Leg Press- 210lbs 15 reps
Leg extension- 55lbs 14 reps
Assisted pullups- 20 reps
Bent Over rows- 68lbs 18 reps
Pec Deck- 55lbs 25 reps
DB Presses0 35lb'ers 15 reps
Upright rows- 55lbs 14 reps
Decline skull crushers- 38lbs 15 reps
Machine cable curls- 50lbs 15 reps
10lb wrist(stick and rope)
Decline crunches- 20 reps
Stopped everything a couple reps short of failure, just wanted to get a lot of bloodflow. Took a leisurely warm up and cool down(elliptical), and a thorough stretch afterwards. I'll probably do some yoga later on tonight, and I should be good to go for a balls out workout on wednesday.
Also did 25 minutes of fasted cardio on the bike first thing this morning.Last edited by jeremyleinen; 01-28-2008 at 03:07 PM.

results have been minimal thus far, though I'm only about a week in. That said, I still am feeling a bit leaner, and I've noticed a change in how my thighs look and feel- more defenition and hardness.
I'm defenitely looking forward to adding the DCP, Napalm, and Incarnate this coming weekend. I except things to take off a bit.

new workout today. I'm spending the week at my mom's since I didn't get any work this week, so I'm a couple hours from where I live. Worked out at a diffrent gym, so it wasn't a full blown HIT workout(didn't really know the gym set up), but I tried to make the most of it. Also, I've been taking Leviathan and Sesamin for a little over a week, and added the remaining supps in my stack starting this morning which are: Incarnate, DCP, Lean Xtreme, and Napalm. Also, in addition to white flood, I also took a sample serving of animal pump before my workout, in addition to also picking up some additional Yohimbe and green tea extract. Needless to say, I was pretty zippy for my workout today...
Deadlifts- 195x 12(personal best)
Leg press- 250x22
Leg extension- 65x 10(single legs)
standing calf raises- 290lbsx 25reps
Bent over rows- 90lbs x 11 reps
Lat pulls- 85lbs x 12
Shrugs- 140x5, 90x 8
Pec Deck- 65lbsx 14
DB presses: 50lb'ersx 5, 40x 10
Tricep pushdown- 70lbsx 5, 60lbsx 8
BB bicep curls- 50lbsx8, 40lbs x8, 30lbs x8
DB wrist curls- 20lbs x 20
machine ab crunchx 20, decline crunchx 15, hanging knee raisesx 20
It was a different gym setup that didn't really favor me doing my regular routine, but I'm happy about what I posted on the deadlifts. It was a differentleg press machine(kind where you're basically laying on the floor), and I couldn't get it set to make it start with my knees into my chest(how I usually do), so it wasn't as tough as the leg presses I do at my gym. Because I couldn't get from one station to another as quickly, I did the drop sets toward the end. Some of the machines felt a lot different as far as weight as the ones I'm used to, so that threw me off a little bit. Anyway, not a bad workout. I'm excited about the deads.
The fat should start melting away now. I can actually feel the Napalm working, and I can't help but think the Incarnate, as well as the additional stims, may have aided me in my workout today. I was absolutely pouring sweat. People always seem to look at me like I'm nuts when I'm working out...
EDIT: Forgot to mention that I also did about 20 minutes of fasted cardio on the bike this morning. Used my mom's bike which was weird. Didn't go as smoothly as it could have. Hopefully it works out a little better tomorrow.Last edited by jeremyleinen; 01-30-2008 at 01:20 PM.

New workout today. Also did 35 minutes of 60-70% cardio last night. Was so pumped about upping my deadlifts earlier this week that I had to go out and one up myself again.
Deadlifts: 205 x's 12
Calf raises: 340x's 23
Leg press: 250x's 10
Leg extension: 55lbsx 12(single leg)
Bent over rows: 90x's 12
Cable rows: 100x's 5, 90x's 8(never did those before, really enjoyed it- hit the traps hard)
DB Bench Press: 50x's 10(rest pause style)
Pec Deck: 55x's 13
Upright rows: 50x's 15
Decline skull crushers: 40x's 20(rest pause style)
Machine cable bb curls: 60x's 10, 50x's 8, 40x's 6, 30x's 8(burn out style)
Wrist curls:50x's 12(behind back)
decline crunches, machine ab crunch, machine rotary torso
Also, weighed in at 176 this morning. Its not the same scale that I usually use(i'm out of town staying with my mom for the week), so I'm not sure if theres anything to be made of that.

got a quick flush workout in on my dad's bowflex before the big game yesterday. Also did some fasted cardio yesterday morning.
Hoping to take my dog running at the park today, if it doesn't rain.
I'll be heading back home tomorrow, and hopefully get a really good workout in at my gym. Looking forward to getting back to a sense of normalcy with all this. That said, it appears my weight is down, so we'll see when I get on my own scale.

Went to the gym for cardio and abs this afternoon. Did a 30 minute interval session on the stairmaster along with 4x's this ab circuit:
Decline crunch
Back Extension
Machine Crunch/Trunk Curls(alternated these)
Hanging knee raises
Rotary torso(both sides)
Did 12-20 reps of each per circuit, then finished up with some front and side bridges.
And this is off topic, but does it bother anybody else when somebody closes the bathroom door AFTER they've come out? I thought the closed door was supposed to be indicative that it was in use? God, it drives me nuts!
