Help! How can i stop my legs from burning so much?!?!

today i was running and my legs started to burn and really itch.....i hate to scratch them because they only burn even worse..

i dont really run much, i usuallly use a bike in my basement in the winter....


is there anything i can do to help this problem? has anyone else experienced this?
