Chest Bulking Exercises
I'm havin trouble getting my chest to where it used to be. What is the best exercises to put on some serious size.
My current workout:
Barbell Bench or Dumbell Bench 8 reps x3 sets
Incline press 8 reps 2 sets
flat butterfly 8 reps 3 sets
incline butterfly 8 reps 2 sets
Cable cross overs 8 reps 4 sets
(I mix it up sometimes with weighted dips and pullovers)
