Unhappy Flat Chested

Well I just finished a bunch of training with the Army and to make a long story short I lost alot of muscle. My strength is still the same because I didnt stop lifting I just couldnt eat and sleep like I wanted to. Now everything is slowly but surely coming back except my chest. My chest has always been a trouble spot for me and it was only this summer that I was happy with it. Over the summer I slept great and ate well but I also did yoga which helped my flexibility alot. Any ideas on how to bulk the chest?? Trying to make my A cup a B.

interestingly I noticed my upper chest benifits greatly from heavy overhead presses
or inclines but I don't have an incline station for quite some time now
I mean my bench is adjustable but I dunno about the incline level so I just use it as a flat bench and holding station for overheads

here's something more constructive
I helped a guy gain 1/4" on his biceps with 1 workout, and it was definatly volume training
eat that you buncha HIT nazi's
(also helped Jesin gain 6/10 " and Q gained 1/10th", also DoctorX2k2 gained 1/4")

-unrelated bicep comment-
and btw, I can Hammer Curl the 120's dangit!

March: 275+
April: 265
May: 260
June/July/August: 255
Late Sept: 245 (all +/- 2 lbs)

Wow thanks fork lift I'll give it a shot. No but really I might increase incline bench. I tend to do 2-3 sets of incline dumbell press and 2-3 sets of incline butterfly.
