Was wondering if it is ok to have sandwiches? Just honey wheat bread and turkey breast. Fat free cheese ok? Or just junk? Baked lays ok? Or just junk?
Then some fat free yogurt for afternoon snack.
I had posted a question or two about a cutting diet and cant seem to find it to see what the replies were.
I am still new here and learning to navigate around.
Thanks...

i dont know what i'd do without them

assuming you mean whole wheat, sure!!!
Fat free cheese ok?
if it fits into your macros wonderful
Or just junk?

Baked lays ok? Or just junk?
most likely should be counted as a cheat expect again if it fits into your macros
Then some fat free yogurt for afternoon snack.

Macronutrients - protein, fat, carbs.
Sandwiches aren't always bad, but can be carb heavy due to the bread.
You have to look at each sandwich individually. Bread can vary in nutrition. Condiments can really change the overall nutrition a lot.
Baked Lay's - thumbs down. Try to stay away from chips as a side dish.

I did a search for you. Read this entire thread and some stuff in the nutrition section and youll understand macros.

basically all i have eaten for the last month are sandwiches. every meal is toasted ezekiel buns or bread with either chicken, tuna, turkey, peanutbutter, egg, or roast beef. throw in some green veggies here and there and my macros come out perfectly. i dropped about 2% bf, and my scale weight has gone up. two thumbs up for sandwiches.

since i started cutting, i've been using only one piece of bread for my sandwiches, and doubling up on the turkey. I also no longer eat chips because they are empty carbs. also i used to love yogurt and thought it was all healthy, but it has a lot of sugar and carbs so i said bye bye to that too. sounds like your are going to subway too much.
