So, after my AMAZING WORKOUT I had today (see my CL log, link in signature) I headed (ie crawled) back to the locker room to make my loverly Post Workout Shake.

So as I'm scooping out my 2 scoops of ON Cookies N Creme, I hear a voice resound LOUDLY throughout the locker room, "There is that big guy again, doing his steroids.."

Being that it was right at closing time, I KNEW this guy was talking about me. I turned and politely said, "I would surely hope you aren't referring to me."

He, and his few buddies, all laughed and started to walk away, "I don't know what he thinks all of that crap is going to do for him, he is still a fatass."

I turned back to my bb.com shaker and started shaking away, ready to let the comment go. However, the asshat decided to make another comment TO ME, "Hey fatty, why do you even come here? It has to be depressing to know that you will never look like me.."

So I shake my head and continue to shake my protein shake.. I guess he was annoyed by the fact that I wasn't responding.. He yelled to his buddies, "Apparently he is a deaf fatass."

About this time one of my friends came out of the shower area with his towel on. This is one of the guys who asks me for help in the gym quite often (spots, form advice, nutritional advice) He had heard what they had been saying, so he stood up for me, "You guys need to back off. Josh works his ass off and has lost more weight than you could imagine."

I smiled to myself and turned to walk back towards the water fountain (shake needed more water).. This is where things got kind of ugly..

The jackass goes over to my locker (which is still open and starts to dig in it) Mind you all I have in there is .. Xtend/Glycergrow/On Whey/Dextrose.. (rented locker, can keep stuff in there) but that was the final straw for me.

I walked back over to my locker and slammed it shut, his fingers just happened to be in the way....

Him and his buddies quickly left the locker room, but now I think I may have made a group of teenage mutant ninja ******* gymrats as enemies.. Why? All because I like to make a protein shake post workout..

Don't let them bother you. They should be asking you for advice. But, jam their heads in the locker the next time.

I don't think he was bleeding. It wasn't even my intent to slam his fingers, he just didn't move fast enough. I'm very particular when it comes to others touching my things...

you didnt cause it the problem. All you have done is defend yourself and your property. You handled it much more calmly that i would have. If he starts up again and he even lays one finger on you throw him into the nearest wall. He should get the message.

Don't let it get your down bro. Soon enough, they'll see the truth. These are the people that know nothing about nutrition, or how to properly lift. They think they know everything. Brush them off. Those types of people thrive off of you when you get upset. Ignore them when they make comments, and they'll find someone else to pick on. It's sad that it has to be this way. You really want to knock their teeth down their throat. People like you who try hard every day should be commended, not put down.

Some kids just need to learn a lesson, hell I've seen your progress and dedication, and you know there are a ton of people on this site (my self proudly included) who are inspired by and impressed as hell by you. Don't let some punk take you down even the slighest notch!

I don't let the haters bother me, because I know that in a year or two they'll be coming to me for advice. There are very few 'facts' left in life, but I know at least one.. I will succeed in this weight loss journey. Once I'm down to my desired weight and bf %, I will then succeed in packing on mass.

How in the hell are you still at 1 rep power?
