what's the difference between fructose in apple and high fructose corn syrup that is used as sweeteners in soda, juice, etc. ?
i just read an article saying high fructose corn syrup is bad stuff, but i eat an apple a day and it's got fructose in it. is this just as bad as having the same amount of high fructose corn syrup?

fructose is a naturally occurring sugar. hfcs is a mass produce chemical sweetner that is used as a filler in almost every product on the market today. if i had my choice between 10 apples or half a can of coke id go with the apples because fructose isnt bad for you.
