I dont mean to hijack your thread as I know how sensitive racial issues can be but if you are black and call yourself black (or ebony), I dont see how that can be seen as playing the race card. I dont have a problem with what you call yourself. Be proud of your ancestry... be it black, white or any shade between. Anyway I hope people dont take offence to my comments.

If I was you I would keep hitting the lats and legs hard. The judges are starting to crack down on these things. Make sure you really hit your hamstrings all out. It will really help in getting your pro card!

My Advices...
I think you lats in particular are awesome. I would work on your traps to give your back lots of depth because you have wicked lat spread. I would work on your lower back as well. On your front double biceps I would say to work on your tricep sweep. Your bi's are good. I suggest you do behind the neck military presses when you do shoulders to stress your traps as well to give them some size. I know it's sort of a taboo to do these but chris cormier has done them his whole life and he's still in good shape, just remember to not let the bar go under your ears on the descent portion of the lift. As for lower back thickness there's no replacement for deadlifts. Those should help your traps as well. Johnnie Jackson is a monster deadlifter and his traps are unreal. You could do all these secondary trap exercises on top of your main mass builder which would undoubtably be shrugs with dumbells or a bar while always using straps because the hands give out much sooner than your back. For huge triceps I would say to do close-grip bench presses. Use heavy weight but not too heavy or else you will feel your shoulders and pecs come into play. Dips are excellent as well but always try to maintain an upright position so as to not bring your pecs and shoulders into play again. Overhead extension movements I feel give my long head a great sweep. Remember to not use monster weights with arms, they are relatively small group and do not need tons of poundage; plus elbow injuries suck. Well that's my advices. Good Luck Bro! You are looking killer btw! PEACE!
