Hello there,
I just wanted to know if I was right. I think the average lifter has, normally, a biggest DL than squat. I mean, you can use more poundage on the Dl than the squat, both with the classical variation, while keeping a perfect form. Personnaly, I deadlift a bit more than I squat.

My dead lift blows my suat out of the water. this is becasue Dead use the whole bady where as squat is primarily legs
