Totals cals 2179 fats-57 carbs-211 pro-210.....on a bulk
7am-2 WW toast with jelly+2 egg whites+ 3 ounces meat
12pm- Sandwich + rice cakes + 2 string cheese
2pm- Banana
4pm- 3 ounces meat+ 1 cup wheat pasta or WW bagel
5pm-sizeon
6pm-3 ounces meat+ sweet potato ( whey shake plus oats when i get the money to buy whey)
8pm-8 ounces meat+ salad with balsamic vinegar
10pm- turkey burger+ 2 table spoons peanut butter (can't stand CC)
