Joint & Ligament Problems
I've been having some problems along those lines and it is really interfering with my workouts. I suppose some of that is to be expected at 70, but I don't feel old, just achey in the areas mentioned. I bought a product from here called Animal Flex and hope that it works. My question is has anyone here tried this product ? And how well is it thought of ? I certainly didn't expect to be slamming down 8 pills per day, but if it helps I'll do it.

I posted a week or so ago on this subject and a lot of people seeme to like the product.
I ended up not ordering it but getting the following
Glucosomen/Chondroitin with MSM
Fish Oil
Flax Seed Oil
I just started taking it, so we'll see how the next couple of months go....
But there were several post about the Animal Flex and people seemed to really like it...
*****Here - here is the post I made...Once you get past the idiotic exchange I had on there with someone, you'll start to see the comments on Amimal Flex.

Hope this helps.

Don't forget to get enough vitamin D, it's often overlooked. Deficiency symptoms can include muscle fatigue and bone pain. Many people think they are getting enough but even the RDA isn't enough. And sunlight, phooey, it hasn't helped me. I'm on a prescription for 50,000 IU once a week.

I've heard Baldsnake occasionaly espouse the benefits of hyaluronic acid for joint problems. (See, I was paying attention!)

I take them - love them and feel that they actually work. I always ask myself why don't doctors prescribe them, as they work.I like animal pack the multi vit as well and thats 11 pills!

All of the supplements listed here should help, but it could also be a structural issue. That's what caused most of my past joint issues. Do you have tension in your neck and back?

You may want to try warming up excessively before lifting. Perhaps you're jumping too hard into it. I had this happen.

When i posted a thread a few weeks ago asking for feedback on flex - it was favourable. As i already used animal pack multi vits i decided to give them a go. So far so good - i did get joint pains before but they are less now. try it - you never know.

Animal flex is'nt going to do too much. Try bulk CISSUS, NOW Celadrin , Topical Glucasamin/chondrit. , MSM. And also pill form Glucasamin/chondr at 2000-2500mg a day (about a 20 day loading phase)
