winter sucks, need indoor conditioning ideas
hey guys, im up in massachusetts and winter fcking blows. i want to get into boxing, but i need to start conditioning and getting more athletic..how can i do this indoors? if it was spring id be able to do GPP work and plyos outside, but im pretty much restrained to my gym!
i plan on doing o-lifts starting this week, but how can i integrate them into my regular workout program? i think im guoing to start a strength endurance program..basically doing a lot of sets with few reps and like 30 seconds of rest in between, but i also want to add some mass.
so i guess my question is: what can i do to prepare for boxing while being constrained to the indoors?

Well since you want to get into boxing, why not try shadow boxing? Get some heavy hands maybe, or if you can, set up a heavy bag and have at it.

Why cant you do GPP outside? I know it get scold, but I have had no problems pulling the sled even in the colder weather. If anything, I am happy it isn't so warm because my body temp is through the roof when I am doing GPP.

Go to boxing and have the coach teach you the basics. You don't want to learn the fundamentals incorrectly.
