How can i get bigger hands?

from what i know you can't get bigger hands... but i have seen people who play video games (ps2 ect) non stop and have a really big clicking muscle lol... it's weird, you have to see it to know what i'm talking about

Heres the deal; i have MASSIVE hands. I beleive it has to do with a few things: firstly, genetics, my dad was a rough mother fkker, big ass hands, fat fingers and big vains... i beleive this is one reason why i have big ones.

Second, and most importantly, if u dont use it, u loose it. In relation to hand size, this means using the shht as much as possible. Do alot of exercises that primarly increase grip strength, and you will find that the size, not only strength in your hands, will increase.

Just remember, you hands are constructed primarly with MUSCLE, as well as bone/ligaments, in fact size is usually determined more by muscle. You will notice most bodybuilders will have massive palms, this is because of all the weight training.

Heres a great way to make your hands bigger.

First you need a car and a mate.
Get your mate to get in the car. Put your hands on the ground just in front of the car. Then get your mate to run over them a few times. And there you go. Nice big, flat and maybe broken, swollen hands!

I don't think you can make your hands grow OP, surely it has to do with your bone structure. Once it's made that's pretty much it, your basically asking "how can I make my legs longer to be taller"
