Don't know because I never bench press. I like dumbells over the barbells, I could hit the 110's about 8 times. So I have no clue about my bench.

well just because you are 19 doesnt mean a 300lbs bench is guaranteed. you can bench 300 because of your length of training and experience coupled with good training. 19 doesnt automatically equal 300lbs. A person starting at 14 should be pretty close to 300lbs by 19 with the right training and dedication of course.
Most 19 yr olds in the gym cant come close to 300lbs.

Well I asume I can because I am in the later part of my teen years. I have been lifting for two years, but I am a very explosive person by nature, as I can break 11 in the hundred meters right out of bed...lol...

i dont flat bench anymore,last time i maxed on flat though it was 315.
I incline alot now i havent maxed yet i just do sets of 6 with 225-235
close grip bench havent maxed i use 240 for 6.

I can bench 160 1repmax
I know this kid who weighs 135 and claims to bench 200 when he said that i said good for you and looked at him retardishly
Also there was this one guy who said he could squat 250(he is ridiculously small ) and everyone believed him except for the real bodybuilders in the room and believe me thats not very many
