    AMP + HEAT: First impressions

    I've been looking for a new energy + fat burner and decided to go ahead a try AMP + HEAT stack. I bought it my self, I am not an official tester.

    Background Thermo's:
    Clenbutrx
    Tight + Ephedrine
    Clenbuterol
    Albuterol
    T3

    Out of the bunch, I liked clenbutrx the best. No product can outperform clen/alb/t3 for pure fat burning, but they lack in the areas of appetite suppression as well as energy. BTW albuterol is leaps and bounds better than it's cousin clenbuterol.

    OK. back to AMP + Heat

    I took my first dose on friday when the package came around noon. I took 1 AMP and 1 Heat. After about 45 minutes I started feeling very alert and quite relaxed. Not jittery at all. It was a very clean feeling.

    5PM rolled around and I decided to take another pill of each. I let about 30 minutes pass and I had an extreme urge to go work out. It was my off day but I just HAD to go work out! I hit the gym and had one of the best back/leg work outs i've had...since I can remember. My energy level and concentration got better the futher I got in to my workout.

    After my workout i realized that I hadn't eaten anything since my first does around 12PM. Normally I would have felt VERY fatigued durring my workout. This just wasn't the case. The appetite suppression is amaizing to say the least. nearly 7 hours had gone by since my last meal, and food was the last thing on my mind.

    10 AM Saturday morning I again took 1 AMP and 1 Heat. Ran some errands and took the second dose around 3PM. I felt really alert and energized all day long. I made it a point to eat at my normal times even though I wasn't all that hungry. I went to the gym and did Chest/Bis. Energy and concentration was just as good as the previous day. I was also able to up the weight on each exercise by 5lbs. Never felt fatigued once and I didn't need as much rest inbetween sets as before. I attribute having even more energy this time around because I wasn't starving myself.

    Yesterday I again took one of each in the morning and then again mid afternoon. I had too many errands to run so I wasn't able to get to the gym. I felt really good all day. Calm and relaxed, but very alert. I again forgot to eat lunch. I just wasn't hungry.

    On to today....

    This morning I decided to up the AMP dose to 2 and one HEAT. After about 20 minutes my stomach became a little upset so I ate a cliff bar and that seemed to fix that. I took my second dose about 30 minutes ago(3:00pm). 2 AMPs + 1 Heat. I feel good, but starting to feel a bit wired. Probably from the caffiene.

    I'll be working out shoulders and tris today after work. I'm expecting it to be an awsome workout. I'm looking forward to say the least.

    Oh, one other thing I found wierd. My chest and bis are not sore from Saturdays workout even though I increased weight on all the exercises. Normally i'd be sore and stiff as hell. I don't know if I can attribute this to the AMP + Heat stack or what. I know it's not the swole or 7-oh as they have never really helped my soreness this much the days after.

    Overall, these products are like...WHOA. ever since clenbutrx was discontinued I have been searching for an energy + fatburner that turned me into a bull at the gym. It's too early for me to really comment on the fat burning capabilities. I did notice this morning my upper abs were starting to show again. But this could be due to me not eating very much. I'll update as I see fit. Feel free to comment or ask questions.

    I need at least 4 HEAT to feel any kind of difference. I really had to mess around with the dosages to get the synergistic effect everyone loves. Its worth it when you finally figure what works for you though.

    Once I get comfortable with 4 AMP/Day I will start upping the HEAT dose.

    The idea is to take the minimum amount to achieve the desired effect and not to eat stims like Lucky Charms on a cheat day... You are one lucky bastard . Even at 130 lbs, I could only wish about taking so little . I'm jealous... but good to hear it's working for you (at least for energy).

    I use it for long term energy as opposed to fat loss. For a kiler boost I use 3-4 amp and 4-5 HEAT. If I use 3 amp its 5 heat, if I use 4 amp I only use 3-4 HEAT. I'm extremely experienced with amp and would not recomend starting at those doses.

    I don't use it for FL, just PWO. One combo I use 3-4 AMP + 3 HEAT + 25mg E (like I said lucky SOB)... I haven't taken more than 3 HEAT at once. Might drop the E and try that.

    LOL, I like your disclaimer

    I've thrown E in there as well... but only with 3A/3H doses and never all taken at once(morning on a very empty stomach) Its a good addition but I dont like noticing as soon as it wears off.

    I've been looking for something for quite some time to substitute the amp with as I'm a pretty heavy user. I keep giving stimulant X serious thought but always decide not to. No offense, but I dont trust AX as much as PA.

    This morning I took 2 AMP and 2 Heat. All I can say is I'm zooming. I'm talking fast as ****. I'm thinking faster than I can talk so I keep studdering, LOL. Luckilly i can type faster than i can talk. This is how I used to feel on Tight + E. The good thing... no jitters. Still a very clean feeling.

    Last night after work I worked out Shoulders and Tris. I again bumped weight on every exercise. I did 90lbs x6 on the french press. My personal best.

    I'm definatley going to get addicted to this stuff. I have a baby coming next month and this stack will definately help me get through the day on less sleep.

    As long as I don't take it after 3pm I'm able to get to bed around 11 or 12. Which is when I normally get to bed. I'm still having problem with late night snacking. Does anyone know a good appetite suppression with no stimulants that I can take with dinner to get me throught the rest of the night?

    So yesterday I took 2 doses of 2 AMP + 2 HEAT. first dose was 8 AM and second dose was 3pm.

    I need to start taking the second dose earlier than 3PM for 2 reasons.

    1.) I started to get really run down around 2PM. So I'll probably start taking the second dose around 1:30PM.

    2.) I couldn't get to sleep until 1AM.

    I noticed something new last night. My wife and I had sex for the first time since I started the stack. She's 8.5 months pregnant so it's a little awkward. I have to bee pretty horny to be in the mood. On top of that she really gets into it and she puts a lot of pressure on the baby, which worries me. Anyhow, when we were done. I felt like I had just popped some E. It was pretty sweet.

    I'm having a hard time eating properly. I'm not hungry enough to eat normal meals so all I do is snack here and there. I'm making sure to get pleanty of protien though.

    Tonight I work out Back and Legs.

    Still looking for late night appetite suppression.

    1 week Update

    Ok so i've been on AMP + Heat for a week now. This morning I upped the HEAT dose to 3 caps. So i'm At 2 AMP + 3 HEAT.

    I've noticed the energy I first experienced with just 1 cap of each is less now while taking 2 + 3. My workouts are still better than normal though.

    I feel like I've been pushing myself too hard, even though I haven't pushed myself much harder than I normally do. By the end of the night I'm feeling pretty run down. Maybe caffiene crash.

    I might stop taking both over the weekend and just get as much sleep in as I can. ....Maybe just one AMP pre-workout for a little boost.

    As for weight loss. When I started AMp I weighed 159. I now weigh 163. This may be a result of the 5g Creatine in my ON post workout protien shake that I started taking the same time I started AMP+HEAT. I always thought I was a creatine non-responder.....

    Anyhow. I AM visibly leaner. My arms are more cut and I seem leaner below my chest in my upper abs. My pants fit the same.

    So overall, I've probably put on 4lbs of water weight(probably from the 5g of creatine in my PWO shake.. I've gained stregth and look visibly leaner. My workouts still rock. My tolerance seems to be building up. The effects of 2 AMP + 3 Heat seem to be less effective than when I first started taking the sack(1+1).

    All I want is a pre-workout stim/thermo/fatburn, Im not planning to take it in the morning or anything. Also I dont need appetite supression. Would the AMP/HEAT stack be good for this?

    I beseech people not to quickly ramp up the doage with this combo, even if the subjective effect seems to be waning.

    Nothing is ever as good as the first time, and ramping up the dosage just burns you out quickly (it depletes DA and NE, downregulates signalling pathways, etc.).

    Taking a couple grams of tyrosine a couple times a day on an empty stomach is also a good thing to do to maintain the effect of any stimulant (as it is a DA and NE precursor)
