skip the NO product, and find a good protein powder for pre/post workout
There isn't a magic supplement that replaces hard work, dedication, motivation

I think if you have the basics down such as, Kre-Alkylyn (or mono, CEE), a good whey protein, multi V’s, EFA’s, then you could go with a NO product. Might also be good to save this until you hit a plateau and use it to bust through. If you are determined to try one now, I would look into White Blood by control labs I have heard great things about it. Some will swear by BSN’s NO-Xplode which is a solid product but overpriced in my opinion. Mostly NO (for the purpose of great pumps) is a trail and error thing to see what your body responds to well.

Agreed. I'm not a huge fan of NO products. I've used them, and all i noticed was bigger pumps, nothing else. But if you must, White Blood by control labs seems to be a popular one along with NO Xplode, which gave me the sh*ts out of this world.
