    Adding Fat while bulking?

    Hey all...for the first time in a long time, i looked at the scales and i had actually gained weight- now im at 172!! Im not sure if this is 2 lbs of muscle or fat ( i doubt its fat cause this has been less than 1 week), but im just curious- how many of you guys add bodyfat while bulking?

    ARRHHHHHGGGGGG ITS 1:23 am and i cant get any sleep...does anyone know how to do that "sleeping hold" they teach you in the army? you know the one where you grab a guys neck and he passes out in like 2 secs? i sure could use that

    cool...but i thought the italian mafia ran new york....lol

    you know what pisses me off? i really need to start working my abs, but im afraid to cause its gonna make me look fat.. i guess im gonna have to wait till march then
