A quick question
I'm 5'3 and 123 lbs at the moment, what's the average weight for someone my height? I want visible abs so what should I be striving for here? I fluxuate from 120 lbs - 124 lbs and I can't seem to get under 120 I eat healthy, veggies, fruits, seafoods occasionally, I'm a vegan so the only meats I allow is tuna. I've gone from 160 to where I am now and I'm having a hard time getting abs and getting my butt toned, I need a little advice on how I can maybe go about getting toned. I try and educate myself with this site every day and I want to get better. I don't go to the gym it's too far away from my house. I eat broccolli, yogurt, oatmeal and raisins, bananas, granola bars, egg scramblers, watermelon, spinach, thats all I can think of at the moment. I consume around 1,500 calories a day. I run, lift weights, do push ups, standing ab excersizes, squats, etc. I need a little help! :/
