Rowing

Does any one hav any ides of what I could do to get better at rowing just using a barbell and dumbells to get GIGANTICALLY HUGE LEGS, strong back and alot of strength endurance.

squats squats and more squats. = GIGANTIC LEGS
Barbell Rows + One arm dumbell rows = Strong back
strength endurance do basic exercises with high reps

Check out in the supersite for anything dealing with legs, back, triceps, and some biceps. Sadly chest isn't that important to us, but make sure to do it so you don't get all imbalanced. Make deadlifts your best friend to.
