Offseaon Football Training...
I would like some help on Offseason football training, now that the off season is coming up. What do you guys do for weights, running and agility and all? Thanks!

In order to get something planned for you, I need to know what position you play, if you are on the line or RB, TE, WR,QB, etc.

my season ends around the end of November
i'm going to start working out the first week of December
i'm the cornerback as well

hey hawk if you could send an off season training thing to me too for o line too itd be mucho appreciated. Our season ends on Thanksgiving and then I start lacrosse Feb 2nd. Thanks

I'll look around, I'm not sure. I have some here but they are pretty in depth and would be tought to explain. Did your school give you an off season strength and conditioning program?

No i'm from Canada, so football isn't really that much of a priority
my coach is supposed to start working out with us and i guess hes gonna give us a program
but if you could send me on of yours anyways, i think i could understand most of the excersises
