Building Muscle/Triathlon Training
I was just wondering if anyone has ever had any success putting on lean muscle and using triathlon training for their cardio to lose bodyfat? I am coming off of a fairly long layoff of all training and I have commited to an olympic distance triathlon in April. I am very excited about the cardio fitness I am going to gain but I don't want to look like your average cardio freak. I love feeling strong and having size. I don't want to get huge, I just want to look and feel great!
Any input would be appreciated.
