Time you eat your last meal.
I have work/ school from 8am-7pm each day of the week. So I work out as soon as I get home 7:15-8:00. Then my last meal (dinner = lean protein and veggies) is ate around 8:30. Is this too late do you think?

way too many myths floating around out there and i really pisses me off to hear "eating carbs after 6 will make you fat!" Or you should eat less at night. Both statements are way wrong. You can still eat carbs and night and not get fat, look at the majority of nonbodybuilders that are not obese, they do, their not fat. I have been bodybuilding for 5 years now and when im maintaining will eat carbs at night. Guess what? Didnt blow up like a big balloon and start packing on the fat. Just ate a normal amount (maintenence), ate when i was hungry. Dont listen to everything you hear.
