I dont know, I lost 110 lbs and kept if off for over a year now, still got a lot of loose skin, didnt notice that it shrunk at all. Help!

Take a look at my shots... I feel I dieted to much tooooo fast... I had a similar problem with loose skin. I was under 6% fat in the "after" and still my obliques weren't totally comming in...Originally posted by LateStart

I think you just have to diet down slowly and not gain too much too fast in order to prevent it from happening in the begining.
