    Question am i eating too many oranges?

    i eat about 3 or 4 whole oranges a day and was wondering if that is bad if im working out and trying to get lean? thanks!!

    No way dude! Oranges are a great source of vitamins and fiber. I believe one med. orange has 5g of fiber and over 100% of your DV for Vit.C along with lots of antioxidants. Oranges also provide a good source of carbs for workouts. Keep eating your oranges along with other types of fruit. Especially apples which have been shown to remove cholesterol like oats do.

    oranges are really good for you, i dont see why u couldnt eat as many as u like, i mean not 100 of them but realitically, 5-6 oranges wouldnt kill ya
