i eat about 3 or 4 whole oranges a day and was wondering if that is bad if im working out and trying to get lean? thanks!!

No way dude! Oranges are a great source of vitamins and fiber. I believe one med. orange has 5g of fiber and over 100% of your DV for Vit.C along with lots of antioxidants. Oranges also provide a good source of carbs for workouts. Keep eating your oranges along with other types of fruit. Especially apples which have been shown to remove cholesterol like oats do.
