I am trying to get back to working out.
i am 20. male 5"10 170.... my goal is to go 200+ eventualy lean muscle.
I really need help constructing a diet. how many calories does it have to be? i heard like 6-7 meals a day. how do i count calories? what kind of foods do i eat? How many and when shakes do i drink?
Really anything you can help me with will be greatly appreciated!
