    Need advise! ASAP!

    I am trying to get back to working out.

    i am 20. male 5"10 170.... my goal is to go 200+ eventualy lean muscle.

    I really need help constructing a diet. how many calories does it have to be? i heard like 6-7 meals a day. how do i count calories? what kind of foods do i eat? How many and when shakes do i drink?

    Really anything you can help me with will be greatly appreciated!

    I got this one - it's simple; eat like a pig and lift as heavy as you possibly can. Try to keep your fat percentage to between 15 and 20 percent while increasing your body weight and packing on the mass. Set your target body weight at 225 pounds for your height.

    You'll get to 225 pounds pretty quick and no, you won't be fat. 20 percent of 225 pounds will equate to roughly 45 pounds of body fat distributed evenly throughout your body; it'll barely show at that height and weight and you'll take it down to 9 to 10 percent with little effort, which actually equates to only having to drop about 20-25 pounds, putting you right at the 200 pounds you want to be at with a full 6-pak. At your age, you can get away with this...
