Wanna start the training
Hey guys,
I wanna start training.
Im gonna stop eating mcdonald's or other fast food.
Is there training exercises I can follow to do abs, chest and arms. I wanna look fit not body building tho.

You want chest arms and abs.
THIS IS A BODYBUILDING FORUM. Not a lame ass forum (at least, I hope...) for idiots who just want big arms and vanity muscles.
Go search through the million threads from noobs asking the EXACT SAME question.
If you ask a real bodybuilding question about how to develop your body as a whole I'll be happy to answer.
