I NEED a sauce to put over chicken and rice

I've eaten chicken and brown rice everyday for YEARS! It's one of my favorite meals but I'd like to find a sauce to put over it, any ideas?

Chicken broth, tomatoes in preparation of brown rice. No salt spice from Costco on chicken.

    ExtraVirginOliveOil works wonders too.

some of my favs are: salsa, crushed tomatoes and soy sauce. I also like to put some mrs dash seasonings on it for a little something extra. southwest chipottle, extra spicy, and herb n garlic are all good flavors to give it a little something different.

A little bit of hooters hot wing sauce if you want something a bit different. If you cook it with it you wont have to use as much.

Lately I've been using a Teryiaki marinade made by Mrs. Dash... I use it because I am trying to keep my sodium down, and this product has none.

(Plus, I am an idiot when it comes to cooking... and the Mrs. Dash website has hundreds of recipes, which of course use their products. Still, I like some of the meals I've tried).

I discovered if I save a bit of the starchy water (few tbsp spoons) from the rice, I can put it back in empty pot and add some dry cayenne pepper and a small bit of non-fat sour cream. Heat until the starch thickens it up and dump over rice or chicken.

I love the heat and I get an almost cream sauce with no fat for damn near free.

    open up a can of....

One of my fav quick meals is to open up a can of low sodium Cambell's Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Chicken soup heat it up and pour it over chicken and rice. For added flavor I'll cook the chicken in the oven with the soup added plus a can and a half of water, carrots, celery, and peas and bake at 350 until done (usually 40 min. for 4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts. turning once halfway through). Scoop it out of the baking dish and serve on top of rice. Makes for a quick healthy meal.

Chicken breast and rice is probably my least favorite meal or high on the list anyway, but this stuff makes it a little more palatable:
