I noticed that NOW has Salmon Oil about four months ago, and I have used it. What I'd like to know is if there is anything that is would be more beneficial from using salmon oil vs. regular fish oil? I would think they would have similar benefits and amounts-------though I've heard the highest amounts of Omega 3s are found in salmon. Any thoughts?

That looks like more from 1 softgel of fish oil vs. 2 softgels of salmon oil. Apparently they are the same quantity but it does not say how big the salmon oil softgel is. It does say the serving size of 2 softgels is 2 grams of fat for salmon oil and the 1 softgel serving of fish oil is 1 gram so I guess they are both 1000 mg softgels.
