Broccolli/cauliflower/brussels sprouts/steamed cabbage are all low cal, and good to mix them up for a change
MY FAVE: HEAD LETTUCE(makes you feel incredibly full though after a full head, but only like 30 calories at most)
Banana Peppers are where it's at, I eat em with Cottage Cheese religously. I also mix tuna with some light cream cheese, and add banana peppers for a high protein dip-type treat
Eat any of the above foods with mustard
(cut out raisins and grapes if you're worried about sugar(you should be!))It takes a big man to cry, but it takes an even bigger man to laugh at that man.

Oh YEAH Green beans and asparagus.....two excellent choices for damn sure.
Add Green, Yellow, and Red Peppers.
Celery...you GOTSTA have da Celery. You actually burn more calories than you take in with Celery, just digesting the Celery.
*Goes and looks in fridge for more ideas*
Tomato Slices if you're a fan of tomatoes, but don't go TOO crazy. They still pack a few carbs, but hardly anything compared to condensed carbs such as Yams, Sweet Potatoes, Potatoes etc
Eggplant...cook that sucker up, and eat it steamed or baked.
Zucchini
Carrot sticks...I wouldn't recommend TOO many carrots, since they're GI(Glycemic Index) is very high. But in terms of overal calories, they're a great choice for snacking. Good crunchy texture change from all this soggy and leafy green food you have on the listIt takes a big man to cry, but it takes an even bigger man to laugh at that man.
