    Pre-workout foods

hey, what do you guys like to eat before you go to the gym? i like to workout in the mornings about 8:30, so i usually get up about 7, im trying to find some quick easy foods to make that wont be too heavy on my stomach when im working out, right now i've been eating a peanutbutter sandwich pretty much, but it's not enough, i used to make a protein/oats shake before i workout, but i'm taking that afterwards now

I would say wpi and oats before training, and some creatine and honey. (if you don't use creatine then just honey)

After training get rid of the oats have your wpi, tablespoon of honey, then 30 mins after training (and post-workout shake) have 1/2 scoop wpi and your oats.

how do u workout in the mornings? dont you have school?
if one peanutbutter sandwich isnt enough then try eating two, or/and add a big glass of milk for more protein and energy

NO! never drink milk before workouts. It contains lactic acid... you know... the **** that BURNS. Drinking milk can make you sick while working out. It will definitely increase burn, decreasing what you can handle
