Wanna Go the rest of the way
Okay so I've lost 70 lbs since April, and now I wanna lose the rest of my fat ( you can view pics on Bodyspace BTW ), but for a couple of months I haven't been able to lose crap ( not literaly ) Any suggestions?

Your in a plateau. You need to take your work outs to another level. Either add another day of weight training(or change routine), change your diet(maybe add some cals if you have been dieting for awhile, or cut back if you need to), add more cardio, try some supplements.....thats the things I do when I need to bust through a plateau. Most likley changing your diet and adding cardio will be best for losing more fat. Your body has probably gotten use to what you have been doing

When I get in your position, I'm going to run a month long bulk and try to gain as much mass as possible and then cut again. I believe 10 lbs of muscle raises your maintenance cals by 500 a day. The more mass you have, the easier the next cut will be.
That's just what I'm doing tho, not sure if you want to start packing on more chub along with mass.

Man I couldn't find my own thread that's embarrasing. I've been adding mass and losing fat( or at least trying to ) the only thing is that others can't see results I've been getting cause I'm white, Like really really white. I don't like to tan although I might have to but I am starting to see cuts in my arms. and A little in my midsection and chest, although I still have a lot to go there. I am hoping to cut down and them gain lean mass all the way through the summer. I am not going to majorly bulk going until the cold comes through late 2008.
Thanks for the advice. I will take it all into . any more is welcome. If I seem A little like I have a way of doing it and I'm not chabging in this response I don't mean to. I have followed your advice as much as possible. But My schedule is kinda cramped to add that much new. I've changed my routine around, I've added more cardio in the morning, the HIIT way, and I've started taking protien. Thanks for the advice again.

little update, been busy. I'm kinda leveling out as far as weight goes. Definately losing fat but also putting on some muscle. I have no way to take new pics at the present time as my camera has dissappeared, but as soon as I can I will.
Next two weeks I'm gonna make sure to stick to my diet and exercise routines really strictly and hardcore. Hopefully at the end of them I can post a pic update. Holding at 200 BTW

LOL Actually both rooms in question are clean as a whistle, now. But yeah, I never think to clean my room just for progress pics. LOL.

I have to say that for the first time in my life I am looking forward to Spring break. This is a bump by the way, but I've never had a body I could be proud of before for Spring Break. I was always the guy who had his shirt on.

I hate haveing been sick. Now any progress I've made has pretty much gone down the toilet. I guess the one thing is that now I'm closer to where I wanna be weight wise.
