How do I put a workout program together? Should my routine be...
Day 1: Chest/Back
Day 2: Biceps/Triceps
Day 3: Shoulders/Traps/Legs
If so, why? I chose this program because I am pushing, then pulling on Day 1. Then, pulling and pushing on Day 2. I am not supersetting any of this. Should this program be arranged differently? Is this theory only good for certain goals? If so, which ones?
Thank you.

A day for just Bi's and Tri's is probably a bad idea. I'd move the Shoulders to Day #2. But it's up to you.
There are a lot of ways people design routines. Push/Pull, Upper/Lower, Fullbody. I think a lot of it is finding what *you* like and also realising that change is good.
There are a ton of Pre-made workouts on bb.com; honestly any split you come up with...is probably already in the database
